Create Your Weight is a nine week adult weight management program, developed and taught by Sodexho Health Care Dietitians, that teaches you how to make changes to control your weight forever.

Weekly sessions are 1 hour each, providing you with years of know-how from nutrition experts. Enrollment is open to all.invite your friends!


The latest technology in weight loss measures your metabolism. A 10 minute breath test will accurately determine the number of calories you need to maintain, lose or gain weight. Eliminate the guess work when dieting. Your number is unique to your body, personalizing your weight management plan.


Track your progress using the Balance Log software. Create menus, monitor the number of calories consumed each day, track your level of exercise and even water intake!

This comprehensive software will help you decide if your daily calorie budget will allow that chocolate treat or glass of wine. Reports generated give you a snapshot of nutrient analysis, exercise log and weekly calories consumed.

Sync your Balance Log with your PDA for maximum convenience. Online support is available from Sodexho dietitians. Identify areas for improvement, or get confirmation on a job well done!
